| At Information Architecture Team,
seven Core Values apply to everything we do:
Evolution
Through Information
We know that organizations cannot build for the future without carefully
analyzing the results of their history, and their historic data
holds the key to strategic planning.
Customer Empowerment
Customers have the right to build an internal expertise
in data quality and data migration, and we have the responsibility
of showing them how.
Efficiency Over Elegance
Though there can be many solutions to any problem, we take
pride in measuring the costs and benefits of each, guiding our customers
to the most cost effective solution available to them.
Affordable Excellence
Without our customers, we have no existence. Prices cannot
be dictated – they must be based upon business value. And
this value is unique to each customer and their needs.
No Impossibilities, Just Choices
Nothing is impossible, given unlimited resources. And limited
resources should never eliminate choices. We have a responsibility
to identify as many alternatives as we can so that our customers
can make well balanced, carefully measured decisions based upon
the best options available to them.
Inspire Innovation
No business offering has an infinite market. Through the diversity
of our customer base, we inevitably discover opportunities to make
life a little easier. By quantifying these opportunities and through
careful selection, we will continue to proactively re-define our
future.
Document All We Do
It was once said that, “Those who forget the past are condemned
to repeat it.” At IA-Team we believe that there are some past
experiences worth repeating, and recording the essence of both good
and bad experiences over time will accelerate decision making while
increasing accuracy. When in doubt, having a knowledge base to reflect
on may be the most value asset we create.
Naturally, the Data Quality Rule Book is firmly
based upon these core values, and as such, our customers know right
from the start that they truly have a partner in Information Architecture
Team!
